Area Manager – Commercial Cleaning £34,000 Monday – Friday 40 hours per week Bridgewater – Radstock / North Somerset. WINNER are currently working with a family-owned, staff focused, eco-friendly cleaning company who, due to their continued success, are currently searching for an Area Manager to oversee a range of commercial cleaning sites across from Bridgewater – Radstock / covering North Somerset. This role offers fantastic progression prospects into a full-time account/senior account manager for the right candidate. Main Responsibilities: As an area manager, you\’ll be working closely with the operations director/senior account managers to attend site visits and quality control audits. You\’ll be responsible for face-to-face interactions with customers and staff. As an area manager, your role will be to build long lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. You\’ll perform staff inductions, looking after up to 90 mobile cleaners at peak. As an area manager, you will perform monthly site audits and report any poor quality of service. Skills & Experience: Candidates need to be skilled in at working in a fast-moving environment within the commercial cleaning service sector Customer service and relationship building skills Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone and email) Positive attitude to challenges with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a highly pressurised environment You must be flexible to work as this isn\’t a 9 to 5 position. Full and clean UK driving licence and be able to travel to sites Must live within commuting distance of the location as detailed Be of a smart and professional appearance.
