We are seeking an experienced International Planner to join our highly successful client in Rugby, CV23. This is a temporary to permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £17 per hour with the potential for overtime. You will be required to work any 5 out of 7 days, with 3 days from 2PM-10PM and 2 days from 10PM-6AM. **Responsibilities** – Collaborate with the General Manager Planning & Service/Planning Leads and other teams to implement planning requirements, forecast, monitor, and improve the entire parcel process from International Gateway to Hub arrival and processing. – Work closely with the International commercial team and external stakeholders to accurately forecast and utilise key data to optimise hub processing capabilities and transportation plans, and adjust operational CPUs accordingly. – Understand international operating windows and processes to generate precise data for planning and service monitoring within the Hub and transportation networks. – Produce daily reports containing volume, service level analysis, process and resource requirements for the network. – Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports as needed on network status, performance, and compliance to be shared with Operations at the Director level and below. – Proactively identify changes in network activity and adapt planning accordingly, including reviewing Hubs, Depots, and wider network activities for ch…
