Winner Education are working with a well-established primary school who are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Year 4 Teacher. This is a full-time position within a Year 4 class, supporting pupils through a key stage of their primary education and helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 4 National Curriculum
- Support pupils' academic progress, personal development, and wellbeing
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress in line with school expectations
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
- Foster positive behaviour and encourage a love of learning
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS
- Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting, ideally Key Stage 2
- A positive, nurturing, and engaging teaching style
- Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
- A commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential
