Cover Supervisor – Worcester Are you a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work in Worcester? Winner Education are seeking experienced Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the Worcester area . You\’ll be responsible for supervising classes, ensuring pupils remain engaged and on task, and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the class teacher. Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4 using pre-set lesson plans Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere Manage pupil behaviour effectively in line with school policies Provide 1:1 or small group support when required Ensure classrooms are safe, calm, and well-organised Report back to teaching staff on progress or behaviour as needed Attend staff briefings or meetings when required Requirements: Previous experience working in a secondary school setting Confident with classroom and behaviour management Adaptable, reliable, and proactive in supporting students Strong communication and organisational skills QTS is desirable but not essential Why Winner Education?
