Winner Education are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a school based in West Brom to carry out day to day general maintenance and site work.
This role is full-time 37.5 hours per week, on a temporary placement on an on-going basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
This is NOT a SPLIT SHIFT .
This role is to start ASAP and you must have a DBS on the update service.
Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Carry out general maintenance and DIY works around the school site
Deal with external contractor visits and liaising with contractors through any major works
Open and close the school buildings
Move furniture/equipment when required
Fire safety checks
Legionella checks
The successful Assistant Site Manager will:
Have sound technical knowledge of buildings
Be professional and presentable
Require previous school caretaking experience
Have a valid DBS on the update service
Be flexible with working hours and job requirements
