Are you a Nursery Manager looking for work in Swindon? Winner Education are recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager for a nursery based in the Swindon area. The nursery has an outstanding reputation and is an ever-growing nursery chain with over 300 nurseries in the UK and abroad. They provide exceptional care and nurturing environments which make a real difference to the lives of all children! This is a full-time, permanent position. Experienced Deputy Managers will also be considered for this role.

You must have a minimum of either an NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3 qualification.

The successful Nursery Manager will be required to:

  • Support the Centre Director and Operations Leadership Team with day-to-day operation of the nursery
  • Lead, mentor and inspire the team
  • Previous experience of working within Early Years as a Manager or Deputy Manager
  • Ensure essential everyday tasks are completed
  • Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • Deliver outstanding care and education opportunities
  • Conduct regular appraisals and CPD opportunities for their staff
  • Have exceptional behaviour management
  • Be the designated safeguard lead
  • Attend training sessions and lead all staff meetings
  • Support with staff recruitment
  • Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Have a passion for developing children ready for their school journey
  • Be resilient and strong-willed
  • Display the skills to be an effective role model
