Are you a Teaching Assistant looking for work in the Kings Norton area? Winner Education are recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant on behalf of one of our primary school clients in the Kings Norton area. This is a full-time, short-term position starting in September.

The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils in the classroom, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

The successful Teaching Assistant must:

  • Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school.
  • Have experience supporting children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
  • Have a good understanding of the primary curriculum.
  • Be able to adapt learning resources to suit pupils of different abilities.
  • Have previous experience working with primary-aged children.
  • Be enthusiastic, patient and resilient.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Hold a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or have substantial experience as an unqualified Teaching Assistant or Child Support Worker.
