Are you looking for an exciting Level 3 Nursery Practitioner role within an inspiring nursery setting based in Cheam, Sutton? We are currently seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a fantastic nursery setting in Cheam, Sutton. This is a permanent, full-time position offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced childcare professional who is passionate about early years education and looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The nursery is dedicated to providing exceptional care, education, and nurturing environments that make a real difference in children's lives. They are looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is committed to supporting children's development and is keen to progress within their career, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and career progression.

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Duties:
  • Provide a high standard of care and education to all children
  • Follow the EYFS framework and nursery curriculum
  • Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
  • Build strong relationships with parents, professionals, and colleagues
  • Assess, monitor, and review children's development and progress
  • Implement an effective key person approach
  • Provide an enabling indoor and outdoor learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records for each individual child
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children is prioritised
  • Work closely with Room Leaders and the Senior Team to deliver outstanding learning experiences through engaging activities
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Requirements:
  • Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Ability to build positive, nurturing relationships with children and parents
  • Passion for childcare and supporting children's learning and development
  • A child-centred approach with a commitment to providing high-quality care
