We are currently seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a fantastic nursery setting in Cheam, Sutton. This is a permanent, full-time position offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced childcare professional who is passionate about early years education and looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

They are looking for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is committed to supporting children's development and is keen to progress within their career, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and career progression.

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Duties:- Provide a high standard of care and education to all children
- Follow the EYFS framework and nursery curriculum
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
- Build strong relationships with parents, professionals, and colleagues
- Assess, monitor, and review children's development and progress
- Implement an effective key person approach
- Provide an enabling indoor and outdoor learning environment
- Maintain accurate records for each individual child
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children is prioritised
- Work closely with Room Leaders and the Senior Team to deliver outstanding learning experiences through engaging activities
- Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Ability to build positive, nurturing relationships with children and parents
- Passion for childcare and supporting children's learning and development
