Are you a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work in Sutton Coldfield? Winner Education is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to oversee lessons across KS3 and KS4 at a local secondary school, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes and ensure students follow lesson plans
- Support teachers by maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor student behaviour and manage any issues effectively
- Assist with small group or 1:1 support where needed
- Ensure the classroom is safe and well-organised
- Report back to teachers on student progress and behaviour
- Attend school meetings when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience supervising or supporting lessons in a secondary school
- Confident classroom and behaviour management
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to maintain a positive learning environment
- Strong organisational skills
- QTS is desirable but not essential
