Are you looking for a Nursery Practitioner role within one of Europe's largest nursery groups? We are currently seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join an exceptional and unique nursery setting in Sevenoaks, Kent. This role is a permanent position on a full-time basis. The nursery is dedicated to shaping young minds and revolutionising early childhood education in the UK. They provide exceptional care and nurturing environments that make a real difference in the lives of all the children.

Nursery Practitioner Duties:

  • Provide a high standard of care and education to all children
  • Follow the EYFS framework
  • Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for the children
  • Strong communication with parents, professionals and colleagues
  • Be responsible for assessing and reviewing the children's development
  • Implement an effective key person approach
  • Provide an enabling indoor and outdoor environment
  • Maintain and update personal records for each individual child
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of all children is maintained
  • Coordinating with the Room Leader and Senior Team to deliver outstanding education experiences through practical and theoretical activities

Nursery Practitioner Requirements:

  • Full and relevant level 2 or 3 (or above) childcare qualification
  • At least 12 months experience working in an Early Years setting
  • Comprehensive safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
  • The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children
  • A passion for childcare and child development and making a difference to the community
  • A child-centred approach to your work
