Are you an experienced school supervisor/maintenance person looking for a new role in Birmingham? Winner Education are currently seeking a site supervisor for a primary school in South Birmingham to carry out day to day general maintenance and site work. This role is full-time, temporary placement on an on-going basis. You must be available for an immediate start due to the urgency of this role with a DBS on the update service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general maintenance and DIY works around the school site
  • Deal with external contractor visits and liaising with contractors through any major works
  • Open and close the school buildings
  • Move furniture/equipment when required
  • Fire safety checks
  • Legionella checks

The successful caretaker will:

  • Have sound technical knowledge of buildings
  • Be professional and presentable
  • Require previous school caretaking experience
  • Have a valid DBS on the update service
  • Be flexible with working hours and job requirements
