Are you looking for an exciting Room Leader role in a unique Early Years environment? We are looking for an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join the team in Leatherhead, Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-quality early year's provider, offering a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow.

You will provide a high standard of care and education to the children placed within our care:

  • Plan and deliver activities that meet children's developmental needs
  • Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in children's development
  • Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies

The successful Nursery Room Leader will be required to:

  • Full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification – essential
  • Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
  • A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
