Are you an experienced Business/Economics Studies Teacher looking for new opportunities in Birmingham? Winner Education are seeking an experienced Business/Economics Studies Teacher to work in a secondary school based in Walsall. We are looking to appoint the successful candidate on a long-term basis to start from September. You must have previous experience of teaching A-Level business/economics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Carry about class teacher responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high quality lessons to KS4 and KS5 pupils
  • Deliver GCSE curriculum
  • Encourage a positive, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the overall Business/Economic Studies curriculum
  • Provide regular learner assessments and progress reports
  • Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare

The successful Business/Economics Studies Teacher must:

  • Have previous experience within business studies and secondary school environment
  • Hold a QTS or equivalent qualification
  • Hold a Business/Economics Studies degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Form excellent relationships with the school team and pupil parents
  • Show strong resilience and patience
