Do you have the skills to fill this role? Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity from September? Winner Education are working with an SEN/PRU secondary school in Telford who are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team.

The Role:

  • Support students with SEN and additional needs
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support
  • Assist with learning, behaviour and emotional wellbeing
  • Help create a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Work closely with teachers and SEN staff

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification – essential
  • Previous experience working with secondary-aged students
  • Experience supporting SEN or challenging behaviour is desirable
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • A patient, resilient and supportive approach
