Are you an experienced Business Studies Teacher looking for new opportunities in Birmingham? Winner Education are seeking an experienced Business Studies Teacher to work in an Alternative Provision school based in South Birmingham. We are looking to appoint the successful candidate on a long-term basis to start immediately with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out class teacher responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high quality lessons to KS4 and KS5 pupils
  • Deliver GCSE and BTEC curriculum

  • Contribute to the overall Business Studies curriculum
  • Provide regular learner assessments and progress reports
  • Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare

The successful Business Studies Teacher must:

  • Have previous experience within business studies and secondary school environment
  • Hold a QTS or equivalent qualification
  • Hold a Business Studies degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Form excellent relationships with the school team and pupil parents
  • Show strong resilience and patience
