Are you a confident and reliable Supply Teacher looking for full-time work in Selly Oak supporting SEN students? Winner Education are seeking experienced Supply Teachers to work across SEN provisions and schools in the Selly Oak area. You will be responsible for delivering lessons, keeping pupils engaged, and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the class teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lessons to SEN classes across KS3 and KS4 using pre-set or planned schemes of work
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere
  • Manage pupil behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support when required
  • Ensure classrooms are safe, calm, and well-organised
  • Report back to teaching staff on progress or behaviour as needed
  • Attend staff briefings or meetings when required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a secondary or SEN school setting
  • Confident with classroom and behaviour management
  • Adaptable, reliable, and proactive in supporting students with additional needs
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • QTS is desirable but not essential
