This is a full-time position within a Reception class, supporting children at the start of their school journey and helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the Reception curriculum
  • Support children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Observe, assess, and track pupil progress in line with school expectations
  • Work closely with staff, parents, and the wider school community

What We're Looking For:

  • ECTs and newly qualified teachers are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Recent experience in a Reception or primary classroom setting
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS
  • A nurturing, patient, and creative teaching approach
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
