Are you an experienced HLTA looking for new opportunities in Birmingham? Winner Education are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable HLTA to join our friendly Special Needs school in Sandwell. This is a temporary, full-time position, to start in September on a long-term placement. You must have a HLTA qualification or have experience of being an unqualified teacher within Special Educational Needs.

  • Provide 1:1 support to pupils with severe SEN requirements
  • Lesson planning
  • Assist with pupil progress reports
  • Work with children across KS3 ages

The successful HLTA will have:

  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • A relevant HLTA qualification
  • DBS on the update service
  • An understanding of safeguarding and child protection
