Are you an experienced Assistant Headteacher looking for work in Sandwell? Winner Education are recruiting for an Assistant Headteacher on behalf of a primary school in Sandwell. This role is part time, on a long-term basis. You must be readily available to start immediately due to the urgency to fill this position.
Work closely with the senior leadership team within the trust to support the development and growth of the school:
- Report directly into the Headteacher
- Strategic development and direction within the whole school
- Attend relevant meetings inside and outside of the school and provide feedback to SLT with updates on policies and practices
- Have active communication with all parents of pupils within the school
The successful Assistant Headteacher must:
- Have previous experience working with SEN children
- Hold a QTS or recognised equivalent
- Have previous Assistant Headteacher/Senior Leadership experience
- Be inspirational to both fellow colleagues and pupils
