Responsibilities

  • As a Specialist Personal Injury Paralegal, you will manage a caseload of fast-track (and potentially multi-track) motorcycle injury claims.
  • ·Collaborate with medical experts, engineers, and liability specialists.
  • ·Draft legal documents, including court pleadings, schedules of loss, and witness statements.
  • Advise clients clearly and compassionately on merits, evidence, and settlement.
  • Drive rehabilitation-focused strategies to optimise client outcomes.
  • Deliver client care in line with SRA regulations and our own exceptional standards.

Working Hours

This role is full-time, based on 37.5 hours per week.

The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.

We are also fully office-based in Byker, Newcastle.

About You

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in personal injury claims (motorcycle expertise preferred).
  • ·MoJ Portal or Fast-Track experience is beneficial.
  • A demonstrable interest in cycling and road safety for vulnerable road users.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • A proactive, empathetic, and client-centred approach.
  • Excellent organisational and case management skills.
  • Experience with Proclaim (desirable).
