Due to a rise in cycling-related accident instructions, we’re growing our specialist team and are looking for Personal Injury Paralegals who have a strong interest in supporting vulnerable road users.

Responsibilities
- As a Specialist Personal Injury Paralegal, you will manage a caseload of fast-track (and potentially multi-track) cycling injury claims.
- ·Collaborate with medical experts, engineers, and liability specialists.
- ·Draft legal documents, including court pleadings, schedules of loss, and witness statements.
- Advise clients clearly and compassionately on merits, evidence, and settlement.
- Implement rehabilitation-driven strategies to maximise outcomes.
- Deliver client care in line with SRA regulations and our own exceptional standards.

Working Hours
This role is full-time, based on 37.5 hours per week.
The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.
We are also fully office-based in Byker, Newcastle.
About You

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in personal injury claims (cycling claims experience ideal).
- ·MoJ Portal or Fast-Track experience is beneficial.
- A demonstrable interest in cycling and road safety for vulnerable road users.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, empathetic, and client-centred approach.
- Excellent organisational and case management skills.
- Experience with Proclaim (desirable).
