Are you ready to be part of a WINNing team at Winn Group, a leading North East business providing nationwide accident management. Our Contested Litigation department is benefiting from growth in new instructions and we are looking for Fee Earners to join the team.

Responsibilities
- Work collectively with the supervising solicitor to ensure the client obtains the appropriate level of compensation for personal injury and losses, in accordance with regulations and legislation.
- Accurately record evidence and data received from clients and other parties.
- Assist with drafting legal documents.
- Follow department procedures and processes, along with company policies.
- Assist the wider team in achieving its key responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies, including data confidentiality and operational security of Information Systems.
