We are looking for a Claims Handler to join our established First Response Team, where your unique blend of skills, personality, and character will be instrumental in elevating the quality of service we provide to our valued clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Handle initial client claims related to road traffic, personal injury, and vehicle damage.
  • Look after your own caseload of clients, delivering an exceptional customer service experience to both customers and clients.
  • Be articulate, having a strong communication skill set to handle complex claims, and maintain professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties.
  • Work to targets and deadlines within a proactive workplace, taking ownership of your caseload.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: £27,000 to £30,000.
  • Excellent bonus earning potential (top performers earn an average of £500 bonus per month, plus overtime).
