Working Hours
This role is Full Time based on 40 Hours per week. The Working Pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, and standard working hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm, with flexibility around start and finish times. The office is open between 7.00am and 7.00pm. There would be an expectation of one late shift per week up to 7.00pm. We are also fully office based in Byker, Newcastle.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining an active case load with the aim of ensuring maximum client conversion and debt recovery.
- Carrying out residency and other searches.
- Assessing Debtors’ ability to pay.
- Support with Debtor negotiations.
- Commencement of the Pre‑Action Protocols.
- Assist with drafting Court documents to include Part 7 Proceedings, Applications for Attachments of Earnings Orders and Charging Orders.
- Assist with drafting Witness Statements.
- Assist with preparing cases for Trial.
- Support with debt recovery litigation.
- Liaising with in house legal Teams and other Businesses within Winn Group.
- Instructing and liaising with external agencies.
- Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies including data confidentiality and the operational security of the Information Systems used.
- Uphold the Core Values of Winn Group.
- Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team for this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it.
