The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00 pm. We are also fully office-based in Byker, Newcastle.About You To succeed in this role, we\\\’re looking for someone who brings a blend of must-have skills and experiences, along with those extra special qualities that can really make a difference to our team and business.Essential Skills and Experience1 year + paralegal or equivalent experience.Ability to assist with a caseload of mainly fast track cases with appropriate supervision.Comprehensive knowledge of RTA liability, together with factual causation issues.Knowledge of Law, Part 7 and Part 8 Procedural Rules and Practice Directions regarding Credit Hire and Vehicle Damage losses recovery.Ability to work towards shared goals and objectives.Experience of demonstrating effective teamworking within a commercial environment.Demonstrate effective communication and good interpersonal skills.IT literate.Commitment to own personal development.Desirable Skills and ExperienceKnowledge of Proclaim Case Management System (or similar).Previous knowledge or experience within Personal Injury or Other Compensation Claims Process.Next Steps?
