We\’re looking for eager individuals to join our PI Portal team as an Apprentice Case Processor to assist in the administration of cases within the PI Portals Team, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and effectively.

As part of this role, you will also complete a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.

You\’ll receive thorough on-site training, ensuring you\’re well-prepared to excel in your role.

Responsibilities

  • As an Apprentice Case Processor, you will be responsible for accepting and making ad hoc telephone enquiries from and to clients, stakeholders, and third parties regarding PI Portal claims.
  • Ensure all claims are handled effectively in the correct technical manner and assist other members of the department with the progression of cases.
  • Deal with ad hoc chasing tasks from and to clients, stakeholders and third parties regarding claims, also ensuring that claims are settled in line with policy cover and legal liability.

Competitive Salary : £18,283.20 based on 40 hours per week.

Working Hours

This role is full-time, based on 40 Hours per week. The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.

We are also fully office-based in Byker, Newcastle.

Skills and Experience

  • 5 GCSEs, grade 4 or above (or equivalent).
  • Ability to work towards shared goals and objectives.

  • Ability to identify where problems may arise and adopt a solution-focused approach.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
  • IT literate.
