We're on the lookout for ambitious individuals to join our File Closure team as an Apprentice Archiving Administration Assistant. Alongside studying a Level 3 in Business Administration, this role will involve assisting in the administration and compliance processes required to ensure the correct closure of completed case files within Winn Group.

Responsibilities
- Liaising with various departments to coordinate the archiving of concluded case files, in line with the company's procedures.
- Carrying out archiving of all file types for all departments.
- Ensuring that client ledgers are properly reviewed and closed down, whilst also suggesting efficiency improvements.

Working Hours
This role is full-time, based on 37.5 hours per week. The working pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. We are also fully office-based in Byker, Newcastle.
