What You’ll Do: * Handle general office administration, including managing supplies and maintaining records. * Organise calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel plans. * Support internal and external communications, ensuring seamless collaboration. * Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents. * Assist with business technology tools such as Office 365 (SharePoint, PowerPoint), Eclipse (CRM/ATS), and Monday. com. * Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions. * Provide HR assistance, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records. * Handle sensitive business information with confidentiality and professionalism. * Contribute to special projects as required.
