We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a well-established team in Camden. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality early education and care to children aged from birth to 5 years, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times.
  • Plan and deliver engaging learning activities to promote the development of children.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's development and progress.
  • Provide support for children with additional needs.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive environment for children's learning and development.

Key Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working in an early years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).
