Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Birmingham, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computerized systems, possess strong clerical skills, and have experience or basic knowledge with Excel.

Job Responsibility:

Overview: Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, mailing, and filing. Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy. Utilize Excel for basic bookkeeping tasks. Enter data into spreadsheets and maintain electronic files. Assist in organizing office operations and procedures.

Requirements:
