Winkworth Petersfield is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and personable Sales Negotiator to join our successful and growing team.
This is a predominantly residential sales role, offering an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about property, who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The position may also encompass elements of our lettings business, providing exposure to both sides of the property market and the opportunity to support the wider office when required.
The Role
- Actively speaking with and managing our applicant and client database.
- Registering, qualifying and matching prospective buyers to available properties.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings.
- Following up enquiries and obtaining viewing feedback.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
- Progressing sales and maintaining regular communication with clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with applicants, vendors and other professionals.
- Identifying new business opportunities and contributing towards the growth of the office.
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service throughout the sales process.
- Supporting the lettings department when required, including handling rental enquiries, arranging viewings and assisting with the day-to-day running of the lettings business.
About You
- Confident, personable and an excellent communicator.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, ambitious and target-driven.
- Professional, enthusiastic and well-presented.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about property and delivering outstanding customer service.
- A full UK driving licence holder and access to own car is required.
- Previous estate agency or property experience would be advantageous, although we would also welcome applications from individuals with the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Every other Saturday as part of a shared rota.
A day off in lieu will be provided for each Saturday worked.
