LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR AND VIEWINGS GUIDE Residential Sales and Lettings Agency
Winkworth Brighton and Hove are seeking a Lettings Administrator/viewings guide to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, numerate and interpersonal. They will join a hard-working team who place a strong emphasis on providing outstanding service to all our clients.
Duties Include:
– Show potential tenants and buyers properties
– Reception Welcome members of the public in person and incoming phone calls
– Receiving phone calls regarding maintenance on properties
– Managing the signing in/out of keys for contractors
– Book viewings as required
– Record ID verification
– Process mid-term inspections
– Book requests and pre-tenancy cleans etc
– Referencing of prospective tenants
Skills Required:
– Excellent organisation and time management skills
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to multi task and prioritise tasks effectively
– Proficient in property management software
– Knowledge of current lettings law and regulations
Requirements:
To be successful in this role the applicant should have experience in property lettings.
A full, clean driving licence and own car is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 09.00 – 18.00
- Occasional Saturday to cover holiday (Day in Lieu)
