Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in London for a New Homes Senior Associate. The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing new home sales, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with homebuilders. The role includes coordinating sales activities, guiding clients through the purchasing process, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Senior Associate will also actively contribute to achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities. Qualifications Customer Service and Sales skills Experience in New Home Sales or Homebuilding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Proven track record of achieving sales targets Knowledge of the London real estate market is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred If this is the role for you, please send your CV and a cover letter in the next step.
