About the role
On your working days, you’ll be the Lead Lash Technician, managing your own established client base and enjoying the independence to deliver an exceptional client experience without competing with other lash technicians for bookings. This is a genuine long‑term opportunity for someone who wants to become an integral part of the business, build a loyal following and grow with the salon.
We’re looking for someone who
- Has experience in Classic, Hybrid and Russian Volume lash extensions.
- Produces consistently beautiful, high‑quality work.
- Is reliable, professional and punctual.
- Delivers outstanding customer service.
- Is confident carrying out infills, removals and providing excellent aftercare advice.
- Works efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards.
- Takes pride in maintaining excellent hygiene and client safety.
- Wants to build lasting relationships with clients and become an important part of a successful salon.
