Working Hours: 15–20 hours per week
- Fixed shift every Monday: 06:30 – 12:00
- Other hours can be flexibly arranged upon mutual agreement

Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic warehouse operations team. The role focuses on providing IT technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth network connectivity, and assisting users across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong technical skills and an interest in IT operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support
- Diagnose and resolve desktop and hardware issues, including PCs, laptops, printers, and telephones.
- Provide remote support to users at other sites and handle common technical requests.
- Offer user guidance to ensure effective use of company systems and devices.
Installation & Configuration
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware equipment and operating systems (Windows/Mac/Linux).
- Install and maintain common software, such as Microsoft Office, VPN clients, and email applications.
- Ensure all devices comply with company security policies, including antivirus and patch management.
Network Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic network issues (WiFi, LAN, VPN, DNS, TCP/IP).
- Assist users in connecting to networks, accessing shared files, and using printing resources.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and common office applications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware failures (e.g., PCs, printers).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).
- 1–3 years of IT technical support experience is preferred but not essential.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft MCP are a plus.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin, proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible.
