Job Summary
Winit (UK) Limited is seeking a proactive and detail‐oriented Human Resources Specialist to support both HR administration and warehouse operational coordination across our UK warehouse sites. This role plays a key part in recruitment coordination, attendance and personnel administration, agency worker management, onboarding, payroll‐related data preparation, and general office administration. The candidate will work closely with warehouse management, supervisors, recruitment agencies, and employees to ensure efficient workforce coordination and compliance with company policies and UK employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, probation, transfers, and employee record management.
- Maintain accurate HR, attendance, and payroll‐related data in line with company procedures and compliance requirements.
- Assist with HR documentation, filing, employee communication, and policy administration.
- Recruitment & Agency Coordination
- Support recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate onboarding.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies to coordinate staffing needs, attendance, shift arrangements, and service follow‐up.
- Assist with workforce planning and maintain effective recruitment channels and candidate pipelines.
- Warehouse Operations Support
- Support daily workforce coordination, including headcount planning, shift scheduling, and labour allocation.
- Assist with induction arrangements, PPE/equipment tracking, and general operational administration.
- Prepare workforce, KPI, and attendance reports to support warehouse management decisions.
- Administration & Office Support
- Provide day‐to‐day office and administrative support across warehouse departments.
- Assist with meeting coordination, internal communications, office supplies, and asset tracking.
- Support workplace organisation and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications
- Good understanding of attendance management and workforce coordination in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multicultural teams.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy awareness.
- Proactive, reliable, and team‐oriented working attitude.
- Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment support, or warehouse administration would be a plus.
- Experience using HRIS, WMS, or attendance management systems.
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation and GDPR principles.
- Experience working with recruitment agencies and temporary labour management.
- Experience supporting payroll preparation or labour cost reporting.
