But our mission remains simple: BRING THE FLAVOUR.

About the role:

At Wingstop UK&I, we're on a mission to serve the world flavour - and we're growing fast! That means we need a commercially minded People Partner who thrives on pace, loves influencing, and is ready to drive our people agenda. This is a field-based role, where you'll be the go-to person for all things people in the Yorkshire & Midlands. This role is all about bringing data to life - using insight, trends and people metrics to influence leaders, challenge the norm, and continuously improve how we operate. You'll be a trusted partner to your market and site leaders, balancing pace with care in a fast-moving QSR environment. If you thrive in the detail, aren't afraid to challenge constructively, and love seeing the impact of great people practices on commercial results, this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partnering with markets, district and site leaders to drive performance through effective people strategies
  • Working closely with the wider People team to ensure consistency, compliance and best practice
  • Turning people data into clear, practical insight that supports better decision-making
  • Acting as an Employee Relations expert, confidently managing complex ER cases and coaching managers to build capability
  • Challenging ways of working and driving continuous improvement across the region
  • Embedding and role-modelling our values, ensuring they show up in behaviour, decisions and leadership style
  • Leading the DEI and wellbeing agenda, making inclusion, fairness and psychological safety a lived experience
  • Driving engagement through strong leadership behaviours, communication and consistent people practices
  • Supporting organisational change and growth with a pragmatic, people-first approach

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years' role as a People Partner or HRBP, ideally within hospitality, retail or a multi-site environment
  • Strong ER knowledge with confidence handling challenging and sensitive cases
  • Highly organised and analytical, with the ability to spot trends and tell the story behind the numbers
  • Commercially aware - understanding how people decisions impact performance, cost and results
  • Confident influencing and coaching managers at all levels
  • Passionate about DEI, wellbeing and engagement, with the courage to challenge when needed
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
  • Full UK driving licence and happy to travel regularly
