Responsibilities

  • Advance various training activities for the brand.
  • Effectively deliver training, supporting the success of stores and promoting continuous development and alignment within the NSO & BAU sites.
  • Oversee both hands‑on training delivery and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve training objectives and maintain high performance standards.
  • Act as the Wingstop brand ambassador, maintaining the highest standards as an example for others.
  • Support Operations and identify learning opportunities from our existing estate of restaurants.
  • Responsible for the learning and development and TNA of the districts in your area.
  • Lead NSO training, taking charge of delivering and facilitating training programmes.
  • Conduct store success visits to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives at different locations.
  • Facilitate new roll‑outs, ensuring smooth implementation of new processes or procedures.
  • Organise pre‑NSO schedules and provide function support.
  • Handle store training and calibration, ensuring employees are aligned with required standards.
  • Deliver workshops and online training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of NSO members.
  • Collaborate with District Managers to provide training interventions and support as needed.
  • Maintain contact reports with the People Team, keeping them informed about training‑related matters.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Demonstrable skills in facilitating exciting and engaging training experiences.
  • Ability to work as part of a wider team and independently, thinking on your feet.
  • Experience delivering onboarding and induction programmes for new employees.
  • Comfortable running classroom‑style training, digital workshops and 1:1 coaching.
  • Proficiency using learning management systems and e‑learning platforms.
  • Excellent decision‑making, problem‑solving and adaptable thinking.
  • ‘Can‑do’ attitude.
  • Proven track record of training support and delivery during new store openings.

Desired

  • Qualified, or working towards suitable/relevant qualifications such as CIPD.
  • Experience working independently and remotely throughout the UK.
  • Experience opening new restaurants.
  • Experience in launching and roll‑out of new products.
