We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on E-commerce Manager to build, scale, and optimise Wingstop’s delivery operation across the UK, ensuring best-in-class service, performance, and customer experience.
Role Overview
The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for Wingstop’s last-mile delivery operations, blending operational expertise with analytical insight to deliver a high-performing, scalable delivery network. This role will partner closely with Operations, Tech, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, owning performance, cost efficiency, and operational standards across delivery channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale Wingstop’s owned delivery network across the UK
- Own delivery performance, including speed, accuracy, availability, and customer satisfaction
- Develop delivery SOPs, playbooks, and operational standards for all restaurants
- Drive cost efficiency and margin improvement across delivery channels
- Lead delivery pilots, network rollouts, and continuous optimisation projects
- Manage relationships with courier partners, fleet providers, and delivery tech platforms
- Analyse delivery data to identify problems, unlock opportunities, and implement improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Tech, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
- Ensure delivery processes meet all safety, compliance, and brand standards
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, fleet, or on-demand operations
- Strong understanding of delivery KPIs, dispatching, and courier operations
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into operational action
- Excellent project management skills - able to run pilots, scale solutions, and manage complexity
- Strong communicator who can influence both internal teams and external partners
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Hands-on approach with willingness to be on-site and understand day-to-day delivery operations
- Builder mentality - capable of creating processes, standards, and systems from scratch
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience launching or managing an owned delivery fleet or hybrid network
- Familiarity with delivery/dispatching software and courier management tools
- Experience with aggregators, POS integrations, or restaurant tech
- Understanding of multi-site restaurant operations
- Experience in a scale-up, on-demand, mobility, or logistics environment
