About the Role

As General Manager of one of our established restaurants, you'll take full ownership of the business, leading your team, driving performance, and creating a culture that delivers results. You'll be accountable for everything that happens in your restaurant - from delivering exceptional customer experiences and growing sales, to controlling costs and developing a high-performing team. Leading from the front, you'll set the tone, build a strong team culture, and make sure your restaurant is operating at its best every single day. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role where you'll drive results, inspire your team, and keep the energy high in a fast-paced environment.
