This is a rare opportunity to join the business at a hugelyexciting stage of growth and play a key role in establishing and growing theWingstop brand across Ireland. As District Manager, you’ll lead multiplerestaurants across the region, driving operational excellence, developinghigh-performing teams, and ensuring every guest experience reflects theWingstop brand.
You’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant performanceincluding People, Standards, Product and Safety, while working closely withsenior leadership to shape the future of the business in ROI.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading,coaching and developing General Managers and restaurant teams across yourdistrict
- Drivingsales, profitability and operational performance across multiple sites
- Buildinga strong people-first culture focused on engagement, retention anddevelopment
- Supportingthe growth and expansion of Wingstop across the Republic of Ireland
- Ensuringconsistently high standards across customer experience, food quality andcompliance
- Usingcommercial insight and operational data to identify opportunities andimprove performance
- Creatingsuccession plans and developing future leaders within the business
- Partneringwith senior leadership to support strategic growth plans across the market
What We’re Looking For
- Provenexperience in a multi-site leadership role within QSR, hospitality orfast-paced retail
- Astrong track record of driving operational and commercial performance
- Passionateabout people development, coaching and building high-performing teams
- Strongunderstanding of P&L management, KPIs and operational standards
- Comfortableworking in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Highlyorganised, adaptable and solutions focused
- Ideallya minimum of 2 years’ experience managing multiple locations
