WHAT WE'LL NEED
The Business Operations Administrator – EMEA is a critical role providing high-level administrative and operational support to 14 or more members of the EMEA Team. You will become a central communication point and cultural glue for this internationally based team. Through your proactive decision making, organizational and project management skills, and relationship building abilities, you will create an environment where all EMEA Team operations can run smoothly.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5 years+ experience in complex role requiring high levels of admin work required (diary management, minuting meetings etc.)
- Experience working in fast paced hospitality sector required
- Project management / Event Management experience highly desirable
- Experience working with different cultures / international backgrounds desirable
- High competence in Microsoft Office tools and experience working with AI tools essential
- Extensive experience working with people and excellent communication skills critical
- Must be a proactive self-starter who fights to win
