BRING YOUR CREATIVITY. BRING THE FLAVOUR.

At Wingstop, we’re not just in the chicken business. We’re in the flavour business.

We’re one of the UK’s fastest-growing food brands, bringing bold flavours, big energy and a distinctive personality to everything we do. Recognised by the Sunday Times Best Places to Work in 2024, 2025 and 2026, we’re growing fast, and we want our creative to keep pushing boundaries.

We’re looking for a Creative Designer who can turn big ideas into standout work across brand, digital, motion, social, print and in-store experiences.

You’ll own projects from concept to delivery, bring fresh thinking to the table and create work that cuts through. From scroll-stopping social content to bold campaigns and restaurant experiences, you’ll help shape how Wingstop looks, feels and connects with our audiences.

This is a role for a designer who combines creative flair with technical skill, thrives on collaboration and knows how to make great ideas happen.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Brand & Campaigns

  • Develop bold creative concepts for campaigns, partnerships and brand initiatives.
  • Evolve our visual identity and deliver distinctive, consistent creative across every touchpoint.
  • Turn briefs, insights and ideas into work that captures attention and makes an impact.

Digital, Social & Motion

  • Design engaging digital creative across social, paid media, CRM and online platforms.
  • Create animations, motion graphics and short-form video using After Effects.
  • Adapt creative for different channels, formats and audiences, balancing brand impact with campaign objectives.
  • Keep ahead of design trends, platform behaviours and cultural moments to keep Wingstop relevant.

Print & Restaurant Experiences

  • Design print-ready artwork for menus, posters, hoardings and restaurant collateral.
  • Bring our brand to life across restaurant environments and new store openings.
  • Manage artwork from concept through to production, ensuring accuracy, consistency and quality.

Creative Ownership & Collaboration

  • Own projects end to end, managing deadlines, feedback and competing priorities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Construction and external suppliers to deliver creative across the business.
  • Present concepts confidently, challenge briefs where needed and bring stakeholders along with your thinking.
  • Develop templates, guidelines and design systems that help us deliver great creative at pace.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, excellent execution and work across multiple channels.
  • Multi-disciplinary design experience, spanning branding, digital and print, with hands-on motion design capability.
  • Adobe Creative Suite expertise, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, plus confident use of After Effects.
  • Conceptual thinking, with the ability to take a brief and turn it into distinctive, effective creative.
  • Digital and social know-how, understanding what works across platforms and how to create content that earns attention.
  • Project ownership, taking creative from initial idea through to final delivery while managing multiple deadlines.
  • Stakeholder confidence, communicating ideas clearly, responding to feedback and collaborating across teams.
  • An eye for detail, with high standards across typography, layout, artwork preparation and production.
  • Commercial awareness, balancing creative ambition with brand objectives, practical requirements and deadlines.
  • A finger on the pulse, bringing fresh ideas inspired by design, culture and emerging trends.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in hospitality, QSR, food, fashion, music, lifestyle or other culture-led brands.
  • Experience in an in-house creative team, agency or design studio.
  • Strong motion graphics, animation or video editing skills.
  • Experience with out-of-home advertising, physical environments or restaurant openings.
  • Experience building brand guidelines, templates and scalable design systems.
  • An understanding of performance creative and how design influences campaign results.

We’re interested in the quality of your work, the strength of your ideas and your ability to bring them to life. If you have the core skills and the creative drive to push us forward, we want to see your portfolio.
