Campaign Manager Responsibilities

  • Own the product performance related campaigns from briefing our comms agency to reviewing the effectiveness.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of all campaigns (LTOs, NPD, occasions students & tactical moments).
  • Own campaign messaging for menu launches and commercial activations.
  • Brief and manage creative/content teams to deliver best-in-class assets.
  • Partner with Digital & CRM teams to deliver seamless omni-channel campaigns.

Student & Youth Audience Growth

  • Build and activate campaigns that resonate with student and youth audiences.
  • Drive frequency and loyalty through targeted, culturally relevant activations.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure availability at key moments (e.g. late night, term time).
  • Leverage channels and partners to keep Wingstop front of mind.

Commercial Partnerships

  • Own and grow third-party commercial partnerships to unlock new audiences and revenue.
  • Maximise key partnerships (e.g. Blue Light, UniDays) across in-store and delivery.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new commercial opportunities.
  • Act as the central POC for all partnership activity and internal alignment.

Performance & Optimisation

  • Track and report campaign performance (weekly/monthly) with clear commercial insights.
  • Partner with Finance & Ops to evaluate impact and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead post-campaign reviews and embed learnings into future plans.
  • Continuously optimise campaign calendar based on performance and trading.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Planning

  • Lead cross-functional working groups for campaigns.
  • Align campaigns to the full guest journey across Ops, Delivery, and Finance.
  • Own and manage the marketing calendar across campaigns and key trading moments.
  • Collaborate with global markets to share insights and best practices.

Competitor & Market Insight

  • Monitor competitor activity across QSR and chicken category.
  • Track campaigns, NPD, pricing, loyalty mechanics, and in-store experience.
  • Deliver monthly competitor updates and quarterly deep dives.
  • Translate insights into actionable opportunities for growth.
