What You’ll Do: As a District Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role across multiple locations, responsible for driving performance, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional results. Your mission will be to bring our brand to life in every store, every day.

  • Lead and inspire high-performing teams across your district, fostering a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Coach and develop your store leaders to bring out the best in their teams and create a positive, motivating work environment.
  • Build and sustain a culture of excellence, where both customer and employee experiences are top priorities.
  • Champion our values and ensure they are reflected in every interaction whether it’s with a guest or a team member.
  • Make strategic, data-driven decisions to continuously improve financial performance, grow sales, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Analyze business trends, set clear goals, and implement action plans that elevate results across your stores.
  • Own the full employee lifecycle from attracting and hiring the right people, to developing emerging leaders, and ensuring high levels of retention.
  • Uphold and elevate operational standards by maintaining compliance, consistency, and a relentless focus on the customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Leadership– A successful track record as an Area Manager or Multi-Site General Manager within the QSR industry.
  • Customer Champion– A true passion for creating unforgettable customer experiences and maintaining top-notch standards.
