About the Role
As a Shift Manager, you’ll take the lead in running smooth, successful shifts while supporting and developing your team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across service, food quality, and cleanliness, ensuring every customer has a great experience. You’ll motivate the team, step in where needed, and keep everything on track during busy periods. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead by example, build team confidence, and play a key part in delivering strong operational performance. This role is based in one of our restaurants where customers can dine in, as well as order takeaway and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Leading shifts and supporting your team on the floor
- Delivering fast, friendly, and consistent customer experiences
- Coaching and developing Crew Members
- Ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
- Supporting stock control and daily operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Confident, hands‑on leadership style
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Positive, team‑first mindset
