About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key leader in the restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to drive performance, develop your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day operation, ensuring shifts run smoothly and standards are consistently high. You’ll lead, coach, and motivate your Shift Managers and Crew, building a positive, high‑energy environment where people can thrive. From supporting recruitment and training to driving service, food quality, and cleanliness, you’ll play a vital role in the success of the restaurant. This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility, perfect for someone who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and make a visible impact. This role is based in one of our dine‑in restaurants.
