Wingstop UK - Birmingham - New Street is hiring a Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, support and develop the team, and uphold high standards across service, food quality and cleanliness. You’ll motivate the crew, step in during peak periods, and model hands-on leadership to drive strong operational performance and great guest experiences.

Based in one of our restaurants serving dine-in, takeaway and delivery, you’ll deliver fast, friendly service, coach Crew Members, manage stock and daily.
