What a Future District Manager Opportunity Could Look Like:
- Lead and inspire multiple stores across your region, overseeing every aspect of operations including People, Standards, Product, Performance, and Safety across both Front and Back of House.
- Play a critical leadership role in driving business performance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across your district.
- Lead and coach multi-site teams to deliver outstanding operational performance.
- Build high-performing, people-first cultures across multiple restaurants.
- Drive commercial performance through strong financial and operational management.
- Support recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development across your region.
- Maintain exceptional standards in guest experience, compliance, food quality, and safety.
- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic growth initiatives.
What We Typically Look For:
- Proven success as an Area Manager, District Manager, or Multi-Site General Manager within QSR, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong people leadership and coaching capability.
- Experience managing multiple locations within fast-paced environments.
- Commercial awareness with strong understanding of P&L, KPIs, and operational performance.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, people development, and customer experience.
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive within a high-growth business.
- Typically, we look for candidates with at least 2 years’ experience managing multiple sites within hospitality, QSR, or related sectors.
