What We’ll Need
The Marketing Coordinator role is a key member of the Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) regional marketing team with responsibility for 200-250 restaurants owned by 10 Brand Partners (franchisees). A great Marketing Coordinator is collaborative, creative, energetic, and an effective relationship-builder with the business acumen to achieve sales growth, brand awareness, and brand engagement. The role will take the lead in driving day‑to‑day sales optimisation, creating and activating marketing calendar plans alongside our brand partners, increasing digital effectiveness, improving brand impact, premiumisation and global cohesion. The role will focus on improving these elements in our existing 10 markets while being a pivotal player in supporting the Senior Marketing Manager in new market entries. This is a remote role but requires regular international travel across the EMEA region.
What You’ll Need
- Connect regularly to Brand Partner sales and marketing leads in each of our existing markets.
- Collaborate and advise on marketing activation, innovation and calendar planning.
- Collaborate with Brand Partners to safeguard brand communication in each market including logo usage, press release approvals, legislative considerations.
- Support Brand Partners and the wider Team EMEA with marketing content for presentations and new market entry induction packs.
- Responsible for sharing best practice content between markets and the Global Support Centre (GSC) where applicable.
- Coordinate alongside the GSC activating Wingstop global moments across EMEA markets.
- Support on pricing and menu management recommendations.
- Be the owner of sharing trend analysis and making meaningful recommendations of the back of it.
- Support the marketing strategy and execution for new market entries within EMEA, including conducting competitor pricing analysis.
- Provide marketing consultation for key projects such as pre-market assessments, brand trackers, innovation research, pricing studies.
- Represent EMEA on marketing forums e.g. International Marketing calls, NME project calls and digital calls and share key activities.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager to localise campaigns to meet regional needs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Help to maintain a centralised library of up-to-date brand assets on the brand library.
- Proactively track competitor activity and marketing initiatives across markets.
- Partner with the GSC technology team to support website creation, updates and localisation for new and existing markets and setup and ongoing optimisation of Google Business Profiles for all new market entries and restaurant openings.
- Collaborate with the GSC to establish official social media handles for new markets.
- Support onboarding of Brand Partners to social platforms, including access, governance and best practice guidance.
